Step 1
So start by cracking your two eggs into a Pyrex jug, and add the milk (if using). Then whisk them with a fork. Chop up your spinach, ham, tomato and parsley and add to the jug. Bud keep back some of the parsley for serving. The add the grated cheddar cheese to the jug and then season with a pinch of sea salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Then mix the ingredients together well.
Step 2
So put your paper liner inside the air fryer basket, leaving the crisper plates in. Carefully pour the omelette mix in to the liner. Set the temperature to 190C and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the omelette is golden brown and piping hot.
Step 3
Take the omelette out of the air fryer basket and carefully remove the liner using a spatula. Sprinkle over the remaining chopped parsley and let it cool slightly before serving.
