Air Fryer Pork Noodles
4 steps
Prep:5minCook:10min
We love a fake-away stir fry in our house, and these air fryer pork noodles are so tasty! And when cooked in your air fryer, the noodles come out just like you get in a take-away. This is a super quick mid-week meal that all the family will enjoy. And one that you can easily sneak in some veggies too, to help you achieve your five a day. This is much cheaper to make at home than ordering from a restaurant. And cooking in the air fryer means it is healthier than using a wok or frying pan as you don’t need to use any oil.

Instructions
Step 1
start by removing the crisper plates from your air fryer and add in your pork mince directly into the air fryer drawer. And give it a good stir, making sure to break up the clumps as you go. Set your air fryer to 190c and cook the mince for 5 to 7 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally to continue to break up the mince.
Step 2
After the cooking time, or when the mince is starting to brown, add in your mixed frozen vegetables along with half of your shop bought stir fry sauce. You could make your own if you prefer. Stir well and continue cooking on 190c for a further 3 to 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are starting to soften.
Step 3
Finally add in your fresh noodles, along with the remaining sauce, making sure you stir and break up the noodles as much as you can. Cook on 190c for a further 3 to 5 minutes or until the noodles are starting to become sticky and caramelised.
Step 4
Serve your pork stir fry with some fresh coriander, thinly sliced fresh red chilli, a dash of soy sauce and some prawn crackers if you like.
