Brown ground beef, add sauce. Mix ricotta, eggs, 8oz mozzarella, Parmesan, handful fresh basil chopped, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Cover bottom of casserole dish with sauce, fill tortillas with cheese mixture, cover with sauce, sprinkle shredded mozzarella and some grated Parmesan on top, sprinkle more garlic powder. Bake 400 for 30 min or until hot.
