Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until creamy.
Step 2
Layer edamame, carrots, bell pepper, and cucumbers over the cheese mixture.
Step 3
Top with pickled onions (if using).
Step 4
Sprinkle hemp hearts, chia seeds, flaxseed, feta, and dill.
Step 5
Finish with black pepper, hot sauce, or a light drizzle of olive oil (max 1 tsp).
