Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken breasts, water, and salt into the instant pot and set on high pressure for 20 minutes. After depressurizing, shred chicken with a fork or a whisk in the pot.
Step 2
Once ready for meal, place chicken (with the juices from cooking) and remaining ingredients into pot with the cream cheese on top.
Step 3
Set on high pressure for 20 minutes. Once depressurized which everything together.
Step 4
Garnish with Greek yogurt and cheddar cheese if desired.
