Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 350*F and line a cupcake tin with liners and set aside
Step 2
In a bowl combine all of the wet ingredients and stir until well combined
Step 3
In another bowl add all of the dry ingredients and mix until well combined and then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until all the ingredients are well combined
Step 4
Fold in the blueberries until well mixed
Step 5
Divide the mixture between the cupcake liners until all the batter is used up and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean let them cool before removing them from the tin and enjoy
Step 6
These last on the counter top for 2 days in the fridge for 5 days and they can be frozen for 2 months
