Step 1
Boil chicken in water for 20 minutes. While chicken is cooking heat tortillas over a medium low heat for 1 minute per each side. Remove chicken from pot and allow to cool. To the same pot on medium low heat add 1 tablespoon of butter 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and the seasonings. Cook for 1 minute stirring frequently. Add broth and cream continue to stir until sauce thickens. Turn off heat and add cheese. Stir until well incorporated. Spoon chicken onto tortillas add extra cheese then paste the inside seam of the tortilla with a water and flour mixture then roll. Cook until seat side is slilghtly brown.
