Instructions
Step 1
Soak the cashews in boiling water for 10 mins
Step 2
Drain the cashews and blend with the yogurt, hot sauce, nutrional yeast, water and spices until smooth
Step 3
Add the chickpeas and pulse until incorporated but still a little chunky
Step 4
Add a quarter of the mixture to half of a tortilla. Fold the tortilla and fry over a medium heat, flipping until both sides are browned and crispy
Step 5
Serve with garnish (ranch & coriander)
