Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Put 4 oz cubed cream cheese in big bowl
Step 2
Add parmesan, parsley, stir
Step 3
Melt butter in skillet
Step 4
Cut stems off mushrooms and finely chop, add to melted butter
Step 5
Cook until mushrooms are wilted and soft about 5 minutes
Step 6
Add minced garlic, cook 1 minute
Step 7
Add breadcrumbs, some salt, and some pepper. Toast until slightly brown.
Step 8
Mix into bowl with cream cheese mixture.
Step 9
Stuff mushrooms with mixture, top with parmesan cheese
Step 10
Bake for 20 minutes
