Step 1
In 4-quart saucepan cook ground beef, onion over med-high heat, stirring occasionally until pink’s gone
Step 2
Drain fat. Stir in seasoning and cook for 1 minute. Stir in (veg) tomato juice and salsa.
Step 3
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (3-5 min). Garnish with desired toppings and serve.
Step 4
Best after 1 hour simmering on low heat
