Instructions
Step 1
Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until very tender (about 10–12 minutes). Drain well.
Step 2
In a food processor or using a hand masher, blend the cauliflower with olive oil, yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
