Here’s my simple recipe for making these crispy and delicious breaded prawns in the air fryer. And because they are air fried not deep fried, they are really healthy.

Instructions
Step 1
start by dipping each prawn in to the plain flour, followed by the beaten egg wash then finally into the stale bread crumbs. Spray your breaded prawns with a little light vegetable oil then place all of your breaded prawns directly into the air fryer drawer. Leave the crisper plate in the basket to help make the prawns cook even crispier.
Step 2
Then cook your prawns on 180c for around 4 minutes and then turn the prawns over. And cook for a further 4 minutes on the other side so that they are crispy and golden on both sides.
Step 3
So whilst the prawns are cooking, you can make the simple dressing to go on top of your breaded prawns. First of all, roughly chop the fresh parsley and place in a mixing bowl. Then add in your finely chopped garlic. Next thinly slice a whole red chilli and add to your bowl. Next add the juice of one whole lemon and season with salt and pepper. Then mix all the ingredients to form the dressing.
Step 4
So next carefully remove the prawns out of the air fryer and place on top of the salad leaves in a serving dish. Finally add the spicy garlic dressing over the breaded prawns and enjoy!
