This super simple air fryer recipe delivers plump prawns in a fresh and gently spiced marinade. I am always experimenting with different recipes in my air fryer and this prawn skewer taco dish has become a firm favourite in my house.

Instructions
Step 1
in a large mixing bowl, combine the king prawns, chopped red pepper, grated garlic, diced chilli and paprika. Juice half of the lime and add the juice to the bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Then mix everything together well, making sure to coat all the prawns and red pepper with the seasonings. If you like your food a little spicier then add a little more chilli. Always feel free to adjust the ingredients to your preferred tastes. Leave the prawns to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour, or even overnight.
Step 2
When you are ready to cook them, slide your prawns and pepper pieces onto wooden skewers, alternating between the two. Then spray the skewers with a little olive oil and place them into your air fryer basket. Leave the crisper trays in.
Step 3
Cook at 180ºC for around 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through and browning. All air fryers tend to be a little different, so do always check during cooking and adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Step 4
Serve the air fryer prawn skewers on mini tortilla wraps with watercress salad. Squeeze the remaining lime half over the air prawns for an added bite.
