Instructions

Step 1
start by placing your sausages into a large dish and drizzling them with the vegetable oil. Cook in the air fryer at 190°C for about 10 minutes or so.
Step 2
While the sausages are cooking in the air fryer, slice your onion and pepper and peel and finely chop your garlic. Then after around ten minutes give the sausages a good shake to ensure they are cooking evenly and add the onion, pepper, garlic and tinned tomatoes to the air fryer.
Step 3
Then finish with a good shake of Worcestershire sauce and season to taste with a good pinch of salt and grind of pepper. Return the dish to the air fryer drawer and cook for a further 10 to 15 minutes, until the sausages are cooked through and you have a nice thick sauce.
Step 4
Then carefully remove the dish from the fryer and serve your air fryer sausage bake with some crusty bread to soak up the delicious tomato gravy!
