Instructions

Step 1
Stir together flour, salt and yeast. Add water all at once. Mix and transfer into oiled pie pan. Dough will be sticky, do not add more flour. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Transfer dough into oiled cast iron skillet, press dough to the edges. Bring to room temperature, add pizza toppings and bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes. For a crispier crust, put the pan on the stove top at medium heat until crust texture is achieved.
