Instructions
Step 1
Mix blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice. Microwave for 1 minute and stir.
Step 2
Mix together oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Stir and add in a splash of water until crumble texture.
Step 3
Top the blueberries with oats and microwave 1 minute.
Step 4
Top with yogurt and a dash of cinnamon.
