Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.



Step 2
Place the salmon filets into a baking dish. Cut up the butter into small slices and place on top of each salmon filet.



Step 3
Combine broth (or wine) and lemon juice together and pour over top of the salmon.


Step 4
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley to your liking. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes and enjoy!
