Step 1
Fry the onions and garlic until translutiant. Crush the chickpeas into a chunky paste. Add the spices and cornstarch. Mix well, add the lemon zest and hand form into balls. Pat into square shapes. Dip in the bread crumbs and fry until golden brown. Make the dip. Service warm with the sauce and small salad.
