Instructions

Step 1
I just rolled out my puff pastry and used a side plate as a guide to cut around and make a circle.
Step 2
Then I folded in the edges and broke up my goats cheese into the middle and grated my beetroot on top.
Step 3
I then gave the pastry edges an egg wash and sprayed with some oil.
Step 4
Next I placed my tart onto some baking parchment and popped into my air fryer drawer.
Step 5
I cooked on 185c for around 8 to 10 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Step 6
I served my air fried goats cheese tarts with a sprinkle of pine nuts, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a fresh green salad.
