Instructions

Omelette

Step 1
Dice the onion and bell pepper.
Step 2
To a bowl add the egg, milk, seasoning, bell pepper and onion. Mix until well combined.

Cut 2 slices from the tomato. Then cut off a slice 1.5cm thick
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Then reduce the heat to medium. Add the tomato slice. Fill it up with the egg mixture. Cover the pan with a lid. Let it fry for 2min
Step 5
Turn the tomato egg slice. Again cover the pan with a lid. Let it fry for 1min. Now put cheese and ham on top alternately. Let fry for 1 more minute with lid.

Sandwich

Step 6
Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 7
Spread the bottom half with the garlic mayonnaise. Then top with the arugula and tomato egg slice.
Step 8
Stack the other half on top and enjoy!
