Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, sugar, yeast. Create a well in the dry mix and add milk, water and melted butter.

Step 2
Mix thoroughly in the bowl. If the dough is too dry add water. Flip out onto a floured bench and knead for 5-10mins or until stretchy and smooth.
Step 3
Lightly oil bowl with spray like macing a baby. Put the dough ball in a bowl and cover to proof for 1 hour.

Step 4
Add paste ingredients to the measuring jug and mix thoroughly then put aside until needed.

Step 5
Turn dough out onto the bench and gently press to a squarish shape. Fold each side into the middle, rotate and repeat once.
Step 6
Line a Dutch oven with baking paper and place the dough into the middle. Brush all of the paste on to cover the dough. Put the lid on and place in cold oven. Turn on the oven to 240°C, remove the lid after 50 mins and let it cook uncovered for another 5 mins. Turn out onto cooling rack
