Step 1
Clean and remove baby bok choi leaves, set aside. Thinly slice onion, set aside. Heat oil over medium high heat in large sute pan, saute ginger and garlic about 30 seconds. Add onion and saute about 2 minutes. Add baby bok choi, Stir fry for a couple minutes. Mix kimchi paste with vegetable broth add to pan when ready. Bring to simmer. Simmer 4-5 minutes (or so) add noodles and cook to desired tenderness.
