Instructions
Step 1

Highly suggest weighing out your ingredients first, and use good quality ingredients!
Step 2
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together.
Step 3
Crack an egg, and mix at a time.
Step 4
Add in vanilla.
Step 5
Sift your flour, and baking soda into the mixture.
Step 6
Fold in you chocolate chips.
Step 7
Allow the dough to rest in the refrigerator, for minimum an hour.
Step 8

Weigh out your dough anywhere between 75-100g (depending on how large you'd like your cookie to be). Form a ball. Allow your dough balls to rest in the refrigerator for an additional hour.
Step 9
Preheat your oven to 350° F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper, and place 3-5 dough balls (this will depend on how large your cookies are). Make sure to leave enough room for your cookies to expand.
Step 10
Bake cookies for 11 minutes. Start timer for 6 minutes, rotate sheet tray (to allow even cooking), and then finish baking for 5 minutes.
Step 11
Sprinkle more sea salt to finish. Allow cookies to rest for about 10 minutes, then enjoy!
