Step 1
Mix all the rub ingredients together and apply to the ribs. Pat rub onto both sides or ribs, and leave on for 30-60 minutes before cooking.
Glaze
Step 2
Melt butter. Use as much butter as you want.
Step 3
Turn pot with butter up to medium heat. Add cilantro and garlic, and stir until fragrant (approximately 2 minutes).
Step 4
Add tequila and bring to a boil for one minute. You can also light tequila while boiling to burn off the alcohol.

Cook ribs using method of your choice. Add glaze onto ribs during your cook and let it set into ribs.
