Instructions
Step 1
Pulse parsley and onion until paste in food processor, remove, strain all water and add to large mixing bowl
Step 2
Add chicken in batches, pulse in food processor until paste, add to large mixing bowl
Step 3
Add spices to mixing bowl (grind if you need to)
Step 4
Line baking sheet with parchment, form into 6 oz kebabs. Brush top with oil. Bake at 375 for 15min. Broil to finish.
