DO NOT melt your butter in the microwave. Instead, cut your stick of butter into 4 slices, separate the butter chunks, and leave on the counter for 30-60 minutes.
Sweeteners do not firm up when fully baked, do not over bake for desired look. Pulling them out when they look very gooey and underdone is ok. Give plenty of time to cool down and settle.

Oven at 350 farhrenehit

Combine almond flour and lupin flour in separate bowl

Combine butter, munk fruit and stevia in large bowl
Step 4
Add eggs, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt.

Roll into 1" balls and place on baking tray
Step 6
Cook 6 cookies for 10 min, hit tray on counter for flatter/more cracks, cook for another 2 min
Step 7
Let cool down for 15 min
