Instructions
Step 1
Place all the herbs (and baby spinach) into a blender or food processor.
Step 2
Add olive oil, mirin, tahini, sweet chili, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Step 3
Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with more olive oil or a splash of water if needed.
Step 4
Taste and season with salt, pepper, and Sriracha (if using).
Step 5
Adjust ingredients to taste for sweetness, acidity, or spice, if necessary.
