Instructions

Step 1
1. Prep the meat mixture— Place a pan on medium-high heat, add in olive oil and the onions. Cook the onions for about 5 minutes until tender. Add in minced garlic and ginger paste along with all the seasonings. Stir well, then add in the ground beef, mix well and cook until the beef is cooked through for about 10 minutes. Season with salt to taste, then stir in the frozen peas and carrots and cook until the peas and carrots are headed through for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Step 2
2. Make the flour glue by mixing together flour and water.
Step 3
3. Roll the samosa rolls— Lay one egg roll wrapper out like a diamond. Place approximately 2 heaping tablespoons of meat mixture onto each egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner up and over the filling, fold both sides in toward the center, and roll upwards seal with the flour glue. Repeat until all the filling is done.
Step 4
4. Fry samosa rolls in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on wire rack or paper towels, serve hot and enjoy!
