These air fryer savoury tarts are like a Christmas flavour explosion in your mouth! Flaky puff pastry, savoury sausage mixed with hearty stuffing.

Instructions

Step 1
First I made my stuffing the day before and I had some left over, so I removed the sausage skin and mixed in with the stuffing, adding a little seasoning.
Step 2
I then rolled out my puff pastry and cut into rough circles as I like the rugged look with pastry! Next I lined my silicone moulds with the pastry discs, then placed in my smoky bacon around the sides.
Step 3
I then added the stuffing and sausage mix on the top and egg washed the pastry. Next I popped into my air fryer on 185c for about 10 minutes. Check half way as cooking times may vary depending on what type of air fryer you use.
Step 4
I served my savoury tarts with a dollop of cranberry sauce.
