Instructions
Step 1
Fry the thinly slice onions low and slow, stirring often until golden and caramelised.
Step 2
Add the finely minced garlic and mushrooms then sear until they are browning.
Step 3
Add the stock, cream, nutritional yeast, parsley and the pasta then simmer for around 10 minutes or until pastas soft.
Step 4
Serve topped with the garnished then enjoy!
