Instructions
Step 1
Marinate steaks in marinade of choice for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 c. cooking water.
Step 3
Grill steaks to preferred doneness(I like mine on the rare side of medium rare). Rest the steaks for 5 minutes.
Step 4
While steaks are resting, combine remaining ingredients and stir well. On low heat mix into pasta along with starch water. Allow pasta to sit a couple minutes so the sauce thickens a bit and the cheese melts.
Step 5
While pasta rests, slice steaks thinly against the grain. Serve over pasta.
