Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Instructions
Step 1
Fill a small saucepan with water about 1 inch deep.
Step 2
Bring to boil.
Step 3
Add 3 or 4 eggs to the boiling water. (The eggs will not be submerged.)
Step 4
Cover and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from heat. Cool eggs with cold water, gently crack the eggs and peel!
