large, cut into florets

2 tablespoonsolive oil

½ teaspoonsalt

0.25 TeaspoonBlack Pepper

¼ cupmaple syrup
or honey or agave

2 tablespoonssoy sauce
or tamari for gluten-free

1 tablespoonsriracha
or hot sauce of your choice

1 tablespoonrice vinegar

1 teaspoonsesame oil

1 clovegarlic
minced

½ teaspoonginger
grated or minced

Fresh parsley
chopped

Sesame seeds
optional

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then spread evenly on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 4
In a small saucepan, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 5
Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss with the glaze. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until caramelized.
Step 6
Garnish with fresh parsley, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
