These easy and healthy bread rolls are made from just rolled oats, cottage cheese, and eggs. They take only a few minutes to prep and rest, and bake nice and thin and crispy, perfect for a sandwich or toast

Preheat your oven to 400F, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the batter onto the pan (about 100 g each). Lightly wet your hands, and shape into an even circle. Optionally, top with everything bagel seasoning
