16 ouncespotato gnocchi

3 tablespoonsunsalted butter

2 tablespoonsolive oil

3cloves garlic

1onion

1 cupheavy cream

3 tablespoonscream cheese

1 teaspoonpaprika

1 teaspoondried parsley

½ teaspooncayenne pepper powder

½ teaspoondried oregano

Salt

1 cupParmesan cheese

2 cupsfresh spinach leaves

Red chili flakes

Instructions
Step 1
* Cook the potato gnocchi according to the package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set them aside + In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add olive oil. * Add the garlic and saute for about 30 seconds. Add chopped onion sauté for about 1 minute translucent * Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Add cream cheese mix well. * Add paprika, dried parsley, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. * Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy * Stir in the fresh spinach leaves and cook for a few minutes. * Add the cooked potato gnocchi to the skillet and toss them in the creamy Alfredo sauce until they are well coated.
