Step 1
Heat the milk in a saucepan until it’s hot but not boiling.
Step 2
In a mug, combine hemp protein powder, powdered peanut butter, cocoa, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Step 3
Pour a small amount of warm milk into the mug and stir thoroughly until the powder is smooth and clump-free.
Step 4
Stir in the vanilla extract, maple syrup, lemon juice, and sea salt. Add the rest of the warm milk slowly, stirring continuously.
