Reheating Instructions To cook defrosted pork chops, bake 45 minutes-1 hour at 350°F or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 170°F. Cooking time will depend upon the thickness of the pork chops. Turn halfway through cooking time To cook frozen pork chops, bake 1 hour-1 hour 15 minutes at 350°F or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 170°F. Turn halfway through cooking time.
