Instructions
Step 1
Brown beef and drain fat as needed. Add onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent (5 min).

Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, oregano, basil, salt, pepper. Mix to combine.

Add shredded cabbage and stir to incorporate with the beef mixture.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally until cabbage is tender.

Sprinkle with cheddar and cover to melt, about 5 more minutes.
