Instructions

Step 1
Melt crisco in a sauce pan. Add beef and brown.
Step 2
Then add onions and garlic to sauce pan. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on medium low heat
Step 3
Add beef mixture to crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients BUT only 1 cup of the water and DO NOT add flour in this step.
Step 4
Allow to cook for 6-8 hours on low. Or until beef is tender and falling apart. 10 minutes before serving mix together remaining water and flour. Add this mixture to the crockpot. Stir well!
Step 5
Serve over egg noodles!
