Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Step 2
Heat the canola oil in a medium saute pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the scallions and mushrooms, cook until softened.
Step 4
Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 5
Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 6
Once cooled, squeeze the vegetables to remove any liquid.
Step 7
Combine the cooked veggies, crab meat, cream cheese, lemon juice, and celery salt in a bowl.
Step 8
Place the fillets on the baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Make a small incision lengthwise along each fillet. Don't slice all the way through.
Step 10
Stuff crab meat mixture into the incision. Pile additional mixture on top.
Step 11
Bake for 20 minutes.
