Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
Add the tortilla chips to the bottom of a baking tray and arrange so that they overlap slightly
Step 3
Cut up thr capsicum and drain the beans and put them on top of chips
Step 4
Sprinkle cheese over tje top
Step 5
Bake for 6-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6
Serve with guacamole and sour cream
