An Americanized Twist on Nachos: Delightfully crunchy tortilla chips layered with white cheese, refried beans, and your choice of chicken nuggets garnished with lettuce topped with salsa of hot sauce. Yum!

Instructions

Step 1
In sauce pan combine pinto beans, Verde salsa, red salsa, feta, and taco seasoning. Stir occasionally.

Allow refried beans to cool slightly for about 5 minutes then put in food processor and blend until smooth then set aside.

Retrieve 2 sheet pans of which to create the same layers on each pan.

First layer: 1/4 bag of chips Second layer: 1/4 cup shredded cheese Third layer: disperse a light layer of refried beans Fourth Layer: chicken nuggets Repeat until no chips, cheese, beans, chicken nuggets are left.
Step 5
Bake 15 minutes, then rotate pan and bake for additional 15 minutes until cheese melted to preference. Keep watch every few min to ensure done but not overdone.
Step 6
Remove from oven. Serve each plate with garnish of lettuce and salsa and/or hot sauce. Deliciouso 😋!
