Instructions

Step 1
Mix honey and chili flakes in a small bowl.

Boil the pasta as per package instructions, reserving some pasta water.

Slice the halloumi into small chunks and fry in a dry frying pan for a few minutes on each side until golden.

Reduce the heat, add the spicy honey, and coat the halloumi until golden and crispy. Set aside.
