Instructions

Baking in the Oven:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.

Drain the excess liquid from the cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

Spoon small mounds of cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound to form thin, round chips, leaving space between each.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet. Once cooled, they will crisp up further.

Microwave Method:

Cut parchment paper to fit your microwave plate and lightly spray with oil.

Drain the excess liquid from the cottage cheese.

Spread an even layer of cottage cheese onto the parchment paper.

Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Watch closely to avoid burning.

Let the chips cool for a few minutes before breaking into snack-sized pieces.
