Instructions
Step 1
In deep pan sautee leek in a bit of oil till soft
Step 2
Sautee mushrooms in a separate pan
Step 3
add chicken broth to the deep pan and abt 1/2 cup water and 2-3 tbsp soy and 1-2 tbsp toasted sesame oil, bring to a boil
Step 4
add 1 or 2 packs or ramen noodles and simmer until ready to serve
Step 5
Top with oyster steak or skirt steak, hard boiled eggs, sauteed mushrooms, sliced radishes and scallions
For the meat
Step 6
Oyster steak: Broil on either side about 5 minutes for a Medium (also depends how thick it is)
Step 7
Skirt steak: Broil on first side for 5 minutes and second side for 3 minutes (if u like more well then add a few more minutes)
