½ cupfresh basil

¼ cupfresh oregano
chopped
1garlic gloves

1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoonfennel seeds
1 teaspoonsesame seeds
1 x 1 lbciabatta bread
loaf, halved lengthwise
2 cupsmarinara sauce
1 cupshredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella
1 cupshredded provolone cheese
½ cupshredded cheddar cheese
olive oil
for drizzling
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 F
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the parmesan, the basil, oregano, garlic, onion powder, fennel seeds, and sesame seeds.
Step 3
Arrange the ciabatta halves on a baking sheet, and cut slides up. Spread with the marinara sauce, dividing evenly, then add the mozzarella, provolone, cheddar, and remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan. Sprinkle over the basil mixture, then arrange pepperoni on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Bake until the cheese is bubbling, about 15 minutes. Top with more fresh basil, then slice and serve.
