Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine mustard seeds and water. Let it sit for 24 hours to soak.

After soaking, add apple cider vinegar, chili flakes, salt, and honey to the mustard seeds.

Blend the mixture until you reach your desired consistency.

Transfer the mustard to a clean jar and seal it.
Step 5
Let it ferment at room temperature for at least 5 days, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Once fermented, store it in the refrigerator.
