Instructions
Step 1
Melt 3 tbsp of butter in a pan then shred the kadayif dough and fry until golden then remove from the pan

Step 2
Melt butter and brown sugar in the same pan on medium heat then take the pan off the heat


Step 3
Mix flour baking soda and salt together then stir it into the melted butter mixture until it’s well combined



Step 4
Whisk egg and vanilla together then mix it into the dough until combined .


Step 5
Top the dough with chocolate chips kadayif and chunks of pistachio cream then heat on a medium low heat and cover with a lid for 15-20 minutes until set

Step 6
Let the cookie cake cool then drizzle with the remaining pistachio cream and some melted chocolate if you like . Enjoy !
