Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl combine the tvp and the broth and let it sit for 5-10 minutes and set aside
Step 2
Meanwhile in a blender combine the tomato, the sweet onion, the baby carrot, the garlic, the basil the oregano and the pepper and blend until smooth
Step 3
Then in a pot cook the pasta according to the directions on the package drain and set aside
Step 4
Meanwhile in a pot over medium heat with a little bit of water add the onion and saute for 3-4 minutes or until softened then add the pepper and saute for 4-5 minutes or until the pepper is softened
Step 5
Once softened and the tvp, the sauce and the soy sauce and stir until well combined and then cook for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally or until the sauce has thickend
Step 6
Then take off the heat and add the cooked pasta and then top with the parsley and some pepper if you want and enjoy
