Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice
Step 2
Quarter lime, Chop garlic, shallot
Step 3
Combine panko, beef, half the garlic, half the shallot, half the ponzu, and 3/4tsp salt and combine into meatballs
Step 4
Cook at 425 for 15-18 minutes
Step 5
Combine remaining garlic, shallot, ponzu, 2 tbsp water, 1 tsp sugar, lime juice, pinch of salt in small bowl
Step 6
Combine 2 tbsp mayo, lime juice into small bowl
Step 7
Top rice with meatballs, sauce, mayo over rice
